90 days of peace of mind, and confidence in the quality of your fabric.

At Cottomix, our relationship with you doesn't end when your order arrives. We want you to enjoy your product with complete peace of mind, so we offer Cottomix Peace of Mind for 90 days from the date you receive the product.

During this period, if a problem appears with the fabric or the accessories covered by the feature, such as colour fading, fabric shrinkage or pilling, we are here to review the problem and handle it in a way that guarantees your rights, in line with the Peace of Mind terms.

All we ask is a little simple care for your product:

• Wash the product in cold water.

• Avoid using bleach.

• Turn the product inside out before washing.

• Dry the product at night, away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid wringing the product.

These instructions help keep the fabric and its colour in the best condition for as long as possible.

And if you face any problem, we are here to help.

Contact Cottomix customer service and tell us about the problem. Our team will review it with you carefully and clearly.

The collar doesn't stretch after washing and the fabric is soft on the skin. The milk white came out cleaner than in the photo.

The fabric is thick and proper — not the see-through kind you find everywhere. I felt the difference the moment I opened the bag.

The inner collar seam is lined and the label doesn't scratch. Small details that make a real difference.
