We will be with you step by step if you face any problem, and to make things easier for you, here are the notes you need to know when returning or exchanging a product:

First: Exchange or Return Period:
You can request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Second: Return and Exchange Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, with its original tags and packaging.

Third: No Exchange or Return in the Underwear Section:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear, warm sets, socks, towels, leggings, Bermuda shorts and similar items.

Fourth: Damaged or Wrong Products Are Our Responsibility:
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match the picture shown on the website, or if a wrong size, colour or product was sent, please contact us within **two days** of receiving the order with clear photos of the product.
Only in this case does the company bear the shipping costs, and replaces the product or refunds the amount paid.
If the exchange or return is for any other reason not mentioned above (such as a change of mind), the customer bears the full shipping costs.

Fifth: A Problem After Use:
If a problem appears in the product after using it, please contact us in writing and explain the problem in detail.
